Today’s Scripture: “When they call on me, I will answer; I will be with them in trouble. I will rescue and honor them.” – Psalm 91:15 (NLT)
In Psalm 91:15, we find a powerful promise from God that speaks directly to our hearts as we are all navigating life’s challenges. Here, God assures us that our cries for help will not go unheard. The imagery is vivid, when we face trials, He pledges His presence and deliverance, reinforcing our honor in the process. This is not just a passive promise; it’s an active intervention by a God who values us. This verse echoes other scriptures, such as Isaiah 41:10, where God encourages us not to fear, for He is with us and will strengthen us. These verses collectively remind us of God’s unwavering support and the dignity He restores in our lives even in the toughest times.
Ask Yourself:
- How often do you genuinely call upon God in moments of trouble, and what holds you back from doing it more frequently?
- In what ways do you rely on our own strength instead of trusting God’s promise to be with you and deliver you?
Take Action: Today, let’s commit to intentionally calling upon God in our struggles, trusting in His presence and power. Set aside a moment each day to bring your challenges to God in prayer, recognizing that seeking His help is not a sign of weakness but of wisdom and faith. Additionally, make it a practice to encourage other men around you to do the same, reinforcing our collective reliance on God’s strength rather than our own.
Pray This: Heavenly Father, I come to You seeking Your presence and assurance in my life. Help me to remember that when I call on You, You will answer. Thank You for being with me in times of trouble, for rescuing me, and for restoring my honor. Grant me the courage to lean on You and share this truth with others. Amen.

One thought on “Embracing God’s Assurance”
Honestly I feel like I call upon Gods help pretty regular. But, there are still many times that I don’t and in reflection these are the ones I should have and waited for God’s timing, instead of “Making it happen” on my own. When it comes to by business I often make bigger decisions without consulting God first.
